Terms of Service

Gecko Intelligence Early Access is a monthly beta SaaS access product for Gecko OS modules that are explicitly enabled for the customer.

The Gecko Intelligence Founder License is a one-time, non-transferable founder entitlement for one owner account. It includes Early Access benefits during Gecko OS v1 beta, founder recognition, early feature access, and preferential upgrade or discount treatment for future standard Gecko OS SaaS tiers.

Unless separately agreed in writing, purchases do not include managed services, custom implementation, trading execution, investment advice, custody, enterprise service-level agreements, regulated financial services, third-party API or infrastructure costs, or unlimited lifetime access to every future Gecko Intelligence product.

Gecko OS is provided as a staged beta. Features may change, be limited, or be disabled when operational, legal, support, security, entitlement, or fulfillment gates are not complete.

Payments, tax calculation, receipts, invoices, and the customer portal are handled through Stripe. Prices are shown in the applicable checkout flow. Automatic tax may be applied based on customer and transaction information.

Monthly Early Access can be cancelled or updated through the billing portal or support channel once the subscription is active. Access may be suspended or revoked after cancellation, payment failure, refund, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Gecko Intelligence may provide software, automation, governance, research, and workflow tools. It does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, brokerage, custody, portfolio management, or guaranteed financial outcomes.
